Founder and client change maker. My clients like that I can empathise with their challenges, having been a practitioner who overcame similar situations. A typical customer will have 150-2000 staff working on product delivery, usually with an element of that being software development. However, my demonstrated approach works just as well outside of IT. 

During my time at Motorola, I experienced and saw the power of transformational change with lean and agile. So when Motorola sold the business unit I was in, and the new owner asked most of us to exit stage left, I knew what I wanted to do.

I started small, earning my stripes by aligning people and processes at the team level. Then, having developed my skills and utilising the broader organisational experience from my past, I started doing the same thing at the programme. That ultimately extended to the entire enterprise, helping the traditional product development roles and everyone work together to achieve Business Agility.
