12 Agile Self-Care Principles Workshop

Details
This months Agile Twin Cities Meet Up will be a workshop format facilitated by Michaele Gardner and Brian Hackerson.
An Agile transformation has many dimensions and requires transformation leaders to have a high level of tenacity and grit. In the Research and Development (R&D) function of a global manufacturing company, Brian was charged to lead the effort to drive Agile practices. This was not an easy ask for an R&D lab made up of engineers and scientists from diverse backgrounds. Forming focused, high-performing teams required self-care in addition to an understanding of Agile principles and practices. In his own transformational journey, Brian learned that there was a brand new “tribe” available to provide counsel and support. Michaele was one of those people, having been a part of many Agile transformations in multiple global companies over the past 18 years. Together they learned that the 12 Agile Principles applied inward provide a great framework for coaches to help themselves. Their workshop will share this self-care framework, and lead Agilists to drive their own strategy to not only survive, but thrive, as they help their teams and organizations strive for excellence.
