Themed space is a new format at Global Agile meetups,
it's like an open space but on a specific topic everybody can bring questions, everybody can contribute.
In this think tank we all work to get insights on the topic and share experience from all kinds of perspectives.
Today's topic will be:
Agile without a coach:
let´s assume it is possible. What are the benefits of running Agile without a coach or scrum master, what are the short comings and which pitfalls do you need to avoid, what are the best practices to mage it a success.
All kinds of roles within an agile team are invited, Developers, Coaches, Testers, CEO, UX, Management and everyone else.
At the end we will create a conclusion together.
