About us
Understand the shift. Shape what comes next.
SHIFT>>NEXT is a community for people shaping AI, product, engineering, leadership and organizations.
The world of work is changing rapidly. AI is transforming how products are built, how decisions are made, how teams collaborate and how organizations create value. At the same time, established frameworks and roles are being challenged by new technologies, economic pressure and changing expectations.
We bring together practitioners, leaders, engineers, product people, transformation experts and curious minds who want to explore these changes and actively shape what comes next.
Our events cover topics such as:
- AI-augmented and agentic engineering
- Product thinking and measurable business value
- Fast flow, Team Topologies and modern collaboration
- Leadership, culture and changing professional roles
- Organizational transformation and change
- Technology governance, resilience and responsible innovation
Our focus is not on hype, rigid frameworks or sales presentations. We want to share honest experiences, discuss difficult questions and connect people across companies, roles and disciplines.
Our formats include talks, panels, workshops, discussions and informal networking events.
SHIFT>>NEXT is the next chapter of the Agile Community Linz. Agile remains part of our heritage, but our conversation now goes further:
What is shifting? What should we change? And what should come next?
The primary language of our events is English, with selected events held in German.
Do you want to become a host or a speaker?

Communication language is English!
