David Theil is an Agile Coach and Change Manager at MIC. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry (in various roles such as Head of Software, Product Owner, Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, etc.).
His areas of expertise include product management, agile methods, leadership, change management, and AI strategies.
