Agile Community - Habits, Motivation & Building Trust in AI Projects
Details
Join us for an evening focused on what truly drives successful projects: changing our daily habits for the better and mastering the risks of new AI projects.
First, Anna Piessenberger (QA Engineer at Netural) and Tanja Leithinger (Product Owner at Netural) will reveal 'How Habits Write Your Project Culture'. They say: "Your project's real culture isn't in the docs—it's in the daily actions". This session uncovers the invisible link between your team's small rituals and the final quality of your output.
Next, David Theil (Agile Coach and Change Manager at MIC) will present a crucial framework for navigating the future in his talk, 'Building Trust in AI Projects'. Artificial Intelligence brings immense opportunities—but also new types of risk that traditional project management can’t handle alone. In his talk, David will demonstrate how to combine Agile principles with a Stage-Gate framework to move fast while staying compliant, ethical, and in control. You’ll learn how Decision Records and the Tech Radar help build trust, transparency, and consistent governance across all AI projects.
