For the Month of October, we will be hosting Biase De Gregorio.

In this session, Biase will be speaking to us about Human Resources (HR) and how HR is a key enabler of Business Agility.

About the Speaker
As a Partner and head of the Business Agility practice at IQbusiness, Biase has built an amazing team of Agile consultants that share a common purpose of continuous learning and relentless improvement.

Together with the team, Biase has trained over 9000 people on Business Agility topics and has been involved in some of the largest Agile transformations across multiple industries and regions.

Biase focusses on improving the speed and quality of delivery across the organization's value chain with the goal of improved customer experience, improved productivity and efficiency through high-performing Agile teams.

As a proudly South African and 1st generation Italian, Biase is an extremely passionate person. Not only passionate about football (soccer), food and travel, but also passionate about learning and sharing his experiences and knowledge with others. His greatest achievement (other than his family) are not those personal career milestones but seeing transformational change in people that he works with.
He strives to create an environment of safety for his family, team, customers and organisations that he works in.
