0Tech - Throw Away Your Tooling

Details
Do you ever stop to think about all of the languages, frameworks, tools, platforms, and other stuff that you pollute your organization with?
In today's world of software development, we have been bombarded with frameworks and tools and libraries that are all supposed to make it easier for us to develop software and get things done. But do they really make our lives easier?
#0tech is an approach and attitude towards developing software without any of these crutches. How does one get things done with no GitHub, no Jenkins, no JIRA? And why would anyone bother to do such a thing?
In this talk we'll look at the problems with today's dogma that surrounds software development and just how much configuring your tooling is at times more work than writing something yourself.
