== About the Presenter ==
Originally a software engineer, Lukas Klose quickly moved into various leadership and program director roles. Impressed with the results of his first agile transformation at Electronic Arts, he started helping organizations all over North America unleash the power of their workforce by providing them with training, coaching, and the leadership to make transformations successful.
Lukas also delivers the Agile Leadership Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, teaching classes that cover everything from agile fundamentals to leadership skills.
