AI isn’t “coming” anymore - it’s already on the team.
Whether you’re pair-programming with Copilot, having ChatGPT draft stories, using agents to refactor code, or watching your org experiment with AI at scale… we’re all being pushed into a new kind of teamwork: working with machine teammates.

This month’s Agile Vancouver meetup is an Open Space - meaning: no lecture, no panel, no “sit and listen”. We’ll put our heads together and explore what’s actually changing (and what isn’t), and walk away with real practices we can try next week.

We’ll explore topics like:

  • What “good collaboration” with AI actually looks like day-to-day
  • How speed changes process and roles
  • New team agreements: how do we work with AI without becoming dependent? (wait that's not a thing... how about "how do we prevent AI from sidelining us)
  • Feedback loops and quality: how do we prevent subtle mistakes and drift?
  • Decision-making: what do we delegate, and what must stay human?
  • Roles, skills, and identity: how agile roles evolve when AI is in the room
  • Safety and trust: privacy, IP, compliance, and “can we rely on this thing?”

Format (Open Space):

  • Bring your questions, stories, and experiments
  • We’ll co-create the agenda
  • Break into conversations that matter to you
  • Capture insights and share learnings across groups
