Most teams are using AI to optimize what they already do: "Summarize this retrospective." "Draft this user story.” But the real value is going beyond 'making things better.’ Instead of running faster on the same treadmill, think about transforming the work itself. Learn from the three-person startups disrupting billion-dollar industries by disrupting business models.

This talk isn't about prompt engineering tips. It's about the shift from asking AI to help you work better, to designing AI agents that proactively monitor, analyze, and alert you to what matters. Think: an agent that watches your sprint data and tells you on Day 6 that you're heading for spillover before it happens. Or one that detects hidden bottlenecks in your delivery flow and simulates "what-if" scenarios for your next improvement experiment.

In this session, you'll learn how to transform traditional prompts into agentic ones, whether you're a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or on the delivery team. You'll leave with role-specific examples, a framework for building your own agents, and one powerful prompt you've crafted for your actual work context. No AI experience required. Just bring your curiosity and your most stubborn delivery challenge.
