The West Michigan Agile Community Meet Up

A Lean Lunch meeting is a highly interactive meeting that initially has no agenda. The facilitator will guide the group in building the agenda by having them develop subtopics of interest from the main topic of the meeting. The subtopics are then arranged and prioritized by way of a group vote. The group will discuss each subtopic inside of 10-minute timeboxes. The highest priority topic is discussed first. When time expires, the group votes to either continue with the current subtopic or discuss the next highest prioritized subtopic.
