About the session:
In this session, we will explore how agile principes and concepts can be seamlessly integrated with real-life travel stories. The stories shared will highlight the importance of experimentation, responding to change, prioritisation and collaboration over process. I will share stories from the road during trips to Italy, Finland, Mexico, Malaisia and Nicaragua. The aim of the session is to help you connect with agile ways of working through the lens of travel, and hopefully explore your own stories too, helping us see how agile ways of working is more and more aligned to the every-day. Through these agile travel stories, attendees will gain insights into applying agile principles in their own journeys, embracing flexibility, feedback, prioritisation and collaboration to enhance their own travel experiences. Join us to explore a new way of thinking about agile and travel.
