In this session Alberto OSUJI a passionate Agilist will be hosting Sathpal Singh, Organiser of The Future of Work Scotland and, Trustee and Chief Operations Officer at Agile20Reflect.

Alberto Osuji:

Alberto is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant, Servant Leader and Change Management Professional who have worked with different stakeholders and Senior Leadership in Organizations to deliver Transformational Projects and Change Initiatives with experiences in MTN (1st ever eSIM Project in Nigeria and West Africa, MADAPi/Atos Project, Ericsson 2G/3G Project); Bharti Airtel (Motorola/Huawei Swap) and across ICT, Financial Services, Academia, FMCG Industries and the Public Sector (MainOne - Central Bank Of Nigeria, Federal Inland Revenue Service, NITDA, State Governments, Nigerian Navy just to mention a few), and Ghana.

An Enthusiastic Learner, holds BEng, MSc and MBA degrees, and currently a Doctoral Candidate with interests in Agility, Leadership, Change Management and Emotional Intelligence. He is an Alumni of the Prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan African University), Nigeria. Alberto is actively involved in humanitarian services (Co-Founder, Assumpta International Foundation) focusing on Motherless Babies Home, The Elderly and Youth Development.

Sathpal Singh:

Sath is a technology leader, passionate Agilist and Visual Storyteller. He started his career as a Software Engineer after graduating from the University of Edinburgh, He has over 20 years of industry experience largely in leadership roles and has led many teams, and complex programs with global brands and international clients. Sath is the Organiser at The Future of Work Scotland, sits on the BCS Agile committee, is a CMI Scotland board member and, is a Trustee and Advisor of this festival, Agile20Reflect.
