It's time for an agileLNK Lean Coffee Meetup! Topics include: Facilitation, Scrum at Scale, and open discussion. "Lean Coffee is a structured, agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, democratically build an agenda, and begin talking." Join for lunch and (scintillating) conversation with fellow Agile enthusiasts.

Steve Miller is a Project Management and Business Development Professional with over 20 years in the software world (10 years on the engineering side). He was inspired to find a way to make meetings less miserable and from his research has formed this facilitation talk & group exercise.
Kathy Andersen is a ScrumMaster at Hudl. She will be sharing fresh insights from her training in the Scrum at Scale framework by the inventor of Scrum himself, Jeff Sutherland.
### Agenda
We will begin at 11:30am with lunch & networking. TEKsystems is sponsoring pizza & salad.
A bit before 12:00pm we will split up and start our Lean Coffee tables.
After a 20 minute presentation, tables will discuss their topic using Lean Coffee. We're taking a page out of Agile for Defense's book for this Meetup if you're familiar with their format; see http://leancoffee.org for more instructions on this facilitation technique.
