What role do you play in the Agile world?

I am the technical lead of an agile development team. I have presented an agile requirements gathering process at two regional conferences and am working on preparing a course covering the same for

How much experience do you have with Agile practices?

Started doing daily scrum meetings back in 2006, but didn't really get into more until 2011 when we started doing story pointing, stand ups, iterations, burn downs, retros, etc.

What are you wanting to learn the most about?

How other organizations are using agile processes within their development groups and whether it has spread outside of development.

How did you hear about us (channel or from whom)?

What Rusty D. is saying about this Meetup Group

Meetings regularly have 30 attendees and the topics have been well prepared. There is typically an interactive segment to the meeting so that you get some hands-on experience, too, and the organizers are always chipping in different perspectives to provide a clearer perspective. I've met people from all over Lincoln and even Omaha at the meetings who are doing agile or just thinking about how agile techniques could help them out. I'd encourage anyone who is in software, manufacturing, or any process-oriented work to try out a meeting or two.
