6:30 - 7:45 is discussing your topics
7:45 - 8:00 Meeting summary and review
The Lean Coffee format seemed to work well last time so we're going with it again. This allows you to bring topics and discuss what's most important to you.
We’ll have a topic wall where you can post a topic of your choice.
We’ll dot vote all the topics and create a Kanban board.
After we’ve created value for the topics we’ll discuss the highest value item first in a short time box.
The group can extend the time box if desired.
Once that’s completed we will have a few minutes to summarize Action Items and Takeaways.
Then we’ll move onto the next topic. Depending on the size of the group, we may break out into 2 or more rooms for topic discussions.
