Hi All,
It has been a while since we met in-person. I hope that you and your beloved ones are doing great!
We will hold a series of five in-person sessions discussing the Five Ideals as detailed in the Unicorn Project book.
Detailed Description
Companies grow by continuously delivering innovative products to their customers, which requires having the enabling conditions. Coaching teams daily can enhance these Ideal conditions for delivery. Often teams do not know what the Ideal conditions they have to achieve, what is their current condition, and what is the way to navigate the uncertainty zone separating them from where they are now and where they need to be.
We will present high-level overview on the Five Ideals of DEVOPs as example of the Ideal Condition for organizations to continuously deliver customer value. Then, we will discuss the Lean/Kata coaching model to integrate these Five Ideals in team’s daily work.
Afterward, we will have focused discussions on the first Ideal, Locality and Simplicity.
