Agile Exchange - Malmö Pop-Up

Welcome to Agile Exchange!
We invite you to our first Malmö Pop-Up, an Open Space event designed to delve into leadership, effective product development, and building high-performing teams. This is a unique opportunity to share your challenges, gain insights, and network with other leaders.
MEQIFY have successfully hosted these events in Lund more than 10 times, with great feedback from our guests (often attendees stay and network after the event officially ends at 9).

Now, we are excited to bring this free and easy way of knowledge-sharing to Malmö in collaboration with our friends at SBI Engineering.

Event Details:

• Doors Open: 7:30 AM (Enjoy a sandwich and coffee while posting your topics)
• Start Time: 8:00 AM sharp
• Duration: 1 hour

What is Open Space Technology?
Open Space Technology is a dynamic, participant-driven process where you set the agenda. Anyone can propose topics for the 7 breakout spaces. If there are more topics than spaces, you’ll vote on your favorites for each of the two sessions. The agenda for each session is finalized at 8:00 AM and 8:35 AM.
Guidelines:

• Feel free to move between spaces if you’re not contributing or learning.
• Ensure everyone in the group has a chance to speak.
• Trust that whoever is present are the right people.
• When time is up, the discussion pauses (for now).

Location: SBI Engineering Rörsjögatan 26 (3rd floor), Malmö
After the event, you’re welcome to stay and mingle with others who wish to continue the conversation.
