Scale Wars: LeSS vs SAFe

Andrew Knevitt and Mike Mallette debate the intricacies of implementing agile at scale. They are experienced practitioners and educators in SAFe and LeSS offering a pragmatic perspective of the current state of play.

Speakers

Andrew is a Principal at elabor8 working within the Agile Transformation team. A SAFe Program Consultant with a breadth of hands on experience working with agile teams and programs. Previously a business owner, coach of elite athletes and university lecturer, Andrew brings a well rounded perspective to the discussion.

Mike, also an elabor8er, is an Enterprise Coach with expertise spanning the globe. He is an experienced software developer and leader in large-scale enterprise solutions. Well recognised in the Scrum community, he is an active advocate, speaker and trainer.
