SAFe® City: una simulazione su Cost of Delay e WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First)

Ci sono molte argomentazioni a favore dell’utilizzo del Cost of Delay (CoD) introdotto da Don Reinertsen. Il WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) è uno strumento basato sul Cost of Delay ed è una tecnica eccellente per prioritizzare gli item in un product backlog e allineare gli stakeholder nella prioritizzazione di portafoglio e programma non solo nell’ambito IT.Combinando l’identificazione del valore con l’impatto economico dell’eventuale ritardo nello sviluppo o nella consegna del valore identificato, il Cost of Delay ci guida nel comprendere meglio ii segnali provenienti dal nostro istinto!
Dopo una breve presentazione teorica, i partecipanti giocheranno per circa un’ora a “SAFe® City" - una simulazione di priorità del portafoglio sviluppata per aiutare le persone a passare dalla teoria all'azione nell'applicazione di WSJF.La simulazione è stata progettata per insegnare, mediante una simulazione giocosa, come CoD e WSJF possano essere utilizzati in SAFe® per prioritizzare a livello di portafoglio, programma e product backlog.

(an Italian revolutionary startup specialised in cloud and mobile application adopting Agile and DevOps solutions) and won the App Contest Europe for the best technological mobile app in 2013.
