Agile Bratislava Lean Coffee – The First of 2025!
We’re excited to kick off 2025 with our first Lean Coffee session. Join us for a fun and informative evening on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at Einsteinova 24, Bratislava (ESET)!

### What is Lean Coffee?

Borrowing from the Lean Coffee website:
“Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.”

### Recipe for a Great Lean Coffee in 6 Steps

1. Form a group of Agile enthusiasts who are thirsty for knowledge.
2. Supply everyone with sticky notes and pens to capture brilliant ideas.
3. Vote on the topics most important to the group.
4. Set a timer for each topic and let the conversation flow.
5. When the timer goes off, quickly vote on whether to continue the discussion.
6. Wrap up by thanking everyone for their caffeinated contributions. Leave with a sense of accomplishment (and a newfound appreciation for the Lean Coffee format).
