在没有成为ScrumMaster之前我对敏捷的认知只在它的仪式。在成为一名ScrumMaster之后，我觉得我认知得太少。在学习教练后，觉得自己以前一直是在“做”ScrumMaster。
“The Great ScrumMaster”来自《有效管理敏捷团队快速成为优秀的ScrumMaster》（英文版《The Great ScrumMaster》)一书，作者Zuzana Sochova，是一位CST和ORSCC（ORSC™ Certification）。在学习完ORSC之后再读此书，对作者所描述ScrumMaster的能力与视野都产生了新认知高度和共呜，发现之前读的只是一知半解。
现在回想过往，若然当时有教练指导，ScrumMaster成长之路必然相对顺畅。所以，我这次我想以一名组织系统关系教练的角度，分享如何Being a ScrumMaster。
