SAFe Havens & Trojan horses

Details

SAFe is the marmite of the Agile industry. People love it or they hate it. If you find yourself in a SAFe transformation NOT of your own choosing then this talk is for you! I will share my experiences as a framework agnostic agilist, of navigating a SAFe roll out while staying true to my agile principles and values (all the while delivering true transformational value!).

Discover how to:
- Plant lightweight agile practices in the centre of a heavyweight SAFe implementation
- Find sanity amidst the considerable scaffolding
- Descale within a scaled framework

Takeaways:
- An understanding of what SAFe detractors hate about SAFe
- An awareness of what SAFe enthusiasts love about SAFe
- Tips and tactics for staying true to your agile self when caught in the web of a SAFe roll out
- Trojan horse techniques to embed in your coaching strategy
- An ability to zoom out and maintain a high level perspective of your org's transformation & where frameworks fit
