## About the training

## Many transformation initiatives start with momentum but struggle to create lasting change.

The challenge is rarely a lack of frameworks or tools. More often, organisations struggle to align culture, leadership, mindset, and systems in a way that supports sustainable transformation.
Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT) provides a holistic view of Agile transformation and equips participants with the skills needed to guide change across organisations. The training is designed for change agents, coaches, leaders, and consultants who want to help organisations evolve their ways of working, culture, and mindset in a structured and effective way.

The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). Participants who actively complete the course receive the internationally recognised ICAgile Certified Professional – Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT) certificate, along with a personal profile on ICAgile.com.
