​About the training
As a Certified OKR Coach, you'll gain the knowledge and practical skills to help organisations successfully implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You'll learn how to facilitate OKR deployment, guide teams through their first OKR cycles, assign roles, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure long-term success.
​The training is accredited by both ICAgile and the OKR Consortium. Upon successful completion, participants receive two internationally recognised certifications: the Certified OKR Coach certification from the OKR Consortium and the corresponding ICAgile certification.
