The agility coaching model is at the developmental stage. There are already some great models for agile coaching - in particular the Agile Coaching Competency Framework created by Lyssa Adkins and Agile Coaching Growth Wheel. But these models do not help us with the paradoxes that we face as agile coaches - the expert paradox and the ideology paradox. This new model provides an opportunity to understand and navigate these paradoxes in our work with our customers.

Модель agility coaching на этапе проектирования. Существуют уже несколько замечательных моделей agile коучинга - в частности, Agile Coaching Competency Framework, созданная Lyssa Adkins, и Agile Coaching Growth Wheel.
Но эти модели не помогают нам с противоречиями, с которыми мы сталкиваемся как agile коучи - экспертным парадоксом и парадоксом идеологии.
