the goal of this session is Describing Business Agility based on Why. Why in this point of history, why in the software industry and why the21st century customer requires Agility.
Agile is no longer a set of software development methods used by abunch of innovators. Nowadays Agile is arguably a popular andsuccessful product development strategy. The current historicalcontext has been for years indicating the need of a paradigm shift inmanagement science and product development. The new social order andthe new customer needs requires 21st century business to becomecontinuous innovation engines.
In this talk I’ll share my thoughts about: why this is happening inthis moment of history, why Agile emerges in the software industry,how is agile connected to the 21st century customer, how Agileaddresses the need of continuous innovation and what’s my vision aboutthe future of Agile.
