Agile Lietuva Meetup in Vilnius. Enabling Cultural Change towards Agile

At Agile Lietuva meetup Karolis will speak about enabling cultural change towards Agile. Second part of the evening - workshop. Karolis will facilitate the workshop in order that guests could point the most important fields of cultural change for themselves and start search for change solutions.
Karolis' Short Bio: Bachelor degree in Financial Computer Science (VU), Master degree student in Strategic Information Systems Management (VU), Certified Scrum Practitioner, Scrum Master, Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), 5+ years Agile experience with:
· Leveraged and distributed Scrum teams;
· Holding Trainings;
· Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Kunagi, etc.).
