How often do hit the estimate or deliver a successful sprint? One of the most common challenges that agile teams face is predictability. Way too often stories are too big to fit a sprint, estimates are ways off, bugs disrupt a planned delivery and similar problems plague effective delivery.

Why should you come on this cold autumn evening? If you are struggling with delivery planning or estimates, come to learn from those who managed to tame this beast. If you are doing well in this department, please consider coming to share your experience and help grow agile community.

This meetup is all about sharing. There will be no invited speakers. We will develop it in the Agile fashion at the beginning of the meetup. We want to keep this meetup safe and cozy, so there will be very limited number of spots available. This event is limited to only 20 participants, on first come first served basis.
