Agile 101 workshop - Let's get moving

Have you been considering agile but are getting lost in terms? Want to know how to take the first step? Maybe you're ready to go but not sure how to approach your organization? Come join us for a workshop designed to get you moving. We'll be discussing just what is agile and why is it different from other software lifecycles. We will introduce you to the nuts and bolts of agile so you can sound like a pro. Finally, we'll talk about what is the right approach for introducing agile into your environment.

Come prepared to learn and participate. This free workshop doesn't require any experience in agile. If you're just beginning (or about to) you will fit right in.

Zillow is graciously hosting this second-year event. Come join us for a fun-filled workshop. Registration starts at 7:45 AM (including a light breakfast). First session starts promtly at 8:00. The workshop will conclude with a lunch (courtesy of Zillow) catered by Greta's Gourmet at 11:30. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

In the true spirit of agile, the presenters have reviewed our retro notes from last year and have some new content/direction resulting in a more relevant experience.
