Lean Roadmaps - Shaping Product Outcomes instead of Project Output

Join us Thursday, May 30 for an interactive, in person Agile LNK Meetup focused on Lean Roadmaps. Our event will be held at Hudl HQ in the Lincoln Railyard, and our speaker is Jack Saxton.

Jack is a Senior Manager and ScrumMaster at Hudl. He leads Delivery for the Competitive Business Unit squads, overseeing the needs of high schools, club teams, and fans around the world, and manages a team of seven Scrum Masters in his day-to-day work. Jack will celebrate his 10th anniversary at Hudl this summer and has been a ScrumMaster for nearly 6 years. Jack will share his experience using Lean Roadmaps with his teams to shape Product outcomes instead of focusing on project output. He'll take us through his journey of building agile roadmaps with a single platform-oriented team, to scaling that approach to increase transparency across 15 cross-functional product teams with high levels of seasonality and tight deadlines. We'll discuss some guiding principles, tools he's used, and some speed bumps along the way!

Anyone interested in a tour before the session should arrive by 4 p.m. and meet at the front desk on the 4th floor. We'll start a tour group by 4:15 p.m. The Lean Roadmap Session will begin at 5 p.m. in the Arena.

Please use the elevators located in the building lobby entrance from P Street. Hudl is located at 600 P Street in the Lincoln Haymarket, and parking is available in either the Green or Blue garage.
