agileLNK Meetup (online): Learn to Love Your Agile Team's Meetings

Everyone hates meetings. They waste time and interrupt work, while providing little value for most attendees. So why does agile have so many meetings? Standups, Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives, they all distract us from just getting work done.

In this one-hour session, we will review the most common meetings agile teams use from both the Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Attendees are encouraged to interact during the discussion to voice questions and perspectives on the topics raised. By the end of the session, attendees will be able to name all of the Scrum events and Kanban cadences typically used by agile teams. Attendees will understand the purpose of each event/cadence discussed and take away new approaches that help improve meetings with their teams.
