We're happy to have Gene Gendel talking at our May meetup sharing his thoughts and experiences on organizational design. Gene is a CEC with Scrum Alliance and a known name at conferences. More about Gene: http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/about-me/

NOTE: This will be an online live meetup, make sure you read the notes further down below.

Synopsis:
"Who can tell a better story about agility of companies in the Big Apple, than an organizational design consultant who lives and works in NYC for decades and knows this turf inside-out? Please, allow Gene Gendel to report to you his experience.

In his presentation, Gene will try to strike a healthy balance between:
• bringing to light most classic organizational and industry dysfunctions around ‘agile adoptions’
• providing some constructive recommendations and alternatives - to be tried
• engaging the audience in a Q&A"

Gene - an experienced organizational design consultant, coach and trainer who spent 20 years of his career working, predominantly in NYC, with Fin-Tech, insurance, consulting and product companies.
