Many organizations have adopted scaled Agile models in recent years to improve their operations. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), we are now facing a new wave of transformation. In my presentation, I will explore how AI is reshaping the landscape of scaled Agile organizations.
I will begin by discussing the transformation AI brings to scaled Agile models, from automating routine tasks to supporting complex decision-making. I'll highlight how AI technologies can empower Agile teams and drive change within organizations based on first empirical evidence. Then, I will explore the opportunities and challenges of implementing AI in Agile contexts, addressing both potential benefits and obstacles. This includes AI’s impact on team dynamics, required skills, and ethical considerations.
Finally, I will share case studies and real-world examples of how companies have successfully integrated AI into their Agile processes and open the stage for questions and discussion.

🎙️About the Speaker:
Dr. Erik Lenhard is a Partner and Director at BCG (Boston Consulting Group). He leads BCG’s Agile Practice Group in Europe and has been involved in the agile field since 2006. Erik has extensive expertise in scaled agile methods and frameworks. At BCG, he supported more than 50 projects in the area of ‘Agile Transformation’. Previously, he worked at Kabel Deutschland and Solon Management Consulting. He studied and earned his doctorate in Darmstadt and London. Erik is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach.”
