Summary:
Trust is often named as important, but rarely explored in a practical way. In this workshop, we will look at what trust really means in everyday team work — how it is built, how it is lost, and why it matters for team resilience.

Agile teams work in conditions of change, pressure, and uncertainty. In these conditions, trust becomes a key resource. When trust is present, teams adapt, speak openly, and recover faster from setbacks. When trust is damaged, even strong processes and frameworks stop working.

During this interactive workshop, we will:
- Explore what trust is at work and how it is built or broken over time
- Identify concrete, everyday behaviours that build trust in a team
- Notice behaviours that weaken or betray trust, often without bad intentions
- Reflect on which behaviours you can strengthen or avoid in your own team

The session is practical and reflective. You will work with real examples, short exercises, and guided discussions. The focus is on small, realistic behaviours that can be tested in daily Agile work - in stand-ups, retrospectives, feedback, and collaboration.

This workshop is suitable for Agile practitioners, team members, coaches, Scrum Masters, and anyone interested in building more resilient, human-centred teams.

You will leave with clearer language for talking about trust, and a better understanding of how your everyday actions shape team resilience.
