AgilePDX Virtual Puppet Series: Preferring to work in person yet functioning...
Details
Love frameworks but don't love dogma? Each month in 2020 we'll take one of the 12 Agile Principles and explore what they mean for our work today, inside and outside of software. In June, we’ll be exploring the 6th Agile Principle, “The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation.”
Now more than ever, being agile around the 6th principle is critical to our success. Have you tried any asynchronous communication methods to work with your team members in other time zones? How is making work transparent and visible affected by not being in person? How can you be a change agent promoting ways of working better rather than just getting by? These are some of the potential questions Line Mørkbak will help us develop answers for.
Join us for a facilitated discussion, where we will discuss what the 6th Agile principle means today and explore methods for conveying information to and within a development team.
Notice: This meeting may be recorded.
