So much of the Agile mindset focuses on people working together via high-bandwidth communication and was established during a time when people worked in the same physical location. However, remote, distributed, and virtual teams have gone from being a novelty to being the norm for many organizations.

How can we reconcile the flexibility provided by remote work with the organic feedback provided by in-person work? What has been your experience with "hybrid" work? How can we, as Agilists, help ourselves, our teams, and our organizations thrive now that the novelty of remote work has worn off and reality has set in?

Join the Agile PM Roundtable as we explore these topics and more in a Lean Coffee centered around the theme of "Building an effective virtual Agile team".
