Agile PM Online Roundtable: Retrospectives Beyond the Team

For many years now, Agilists have helped people retrospect on their experiences to enhance learning and improve performance. Scrum and other Agile frameworks integrate Retrospectives into their cadence of feedback loops, which work great for long-lived teams that build up cohesion over time.

But what about ad hoc teams, especially those that are formed to address a short-term challenge with a cross-organizational group of people in roles that don't usually interact with each other? How can Agilists help achieve and maintain a cohesive and aligned point of view about the reality faced by the group? How can Retrospectives help rally a disparate team towards more effective behaviors and results?

At our next Agile PM Roundtable, we'll discuss topics like these using Lean Coffee, which enables everyone to bring their experiences, their ideas, and their questions to the forum. In Lean Coffee, the participants drive the conversation!
