Are your Agile Retrospectives feeling a little stale? Looking for some new activities to try? Do you have a favorite Retrospective technique that you'd like share with others? Is there something you'd like to introduce to your Retrospectives, but aren't sure how to start?

On one of the longest days of the year, join the Agile PM Roundtable for a special "Retrospective Swap Meet"!

We'll break from our usual Lean Coffee format and have an open discussion about Retrospectives. We'll learn from each other how to prepare a Retrospective that is compelling and effective. We'll discuss how to engage participants in sharing their experiences, insights, and ideas. And we'll share stories of how Agilists like us have learned (often the hard way) how to facilitate Retrospectives that get results.
