Agile PM Roundtable: How do you radiate information?

Details
The work that we do is important. And we know it's important because other people want us to do it! The people who have a stake in our want to know what will be done and when it will be done by. So, it's in everyone's best interest to ensure that the right people know the right information about the requests and expectations that matter.
But communication is difficult and it can be challenging to know what information really makes a difference to stakeholders. After a taking a couple of months off this summer, the Agile PM Roundtable returns with a discussion of techniques for radiating information from the people who do the work to the people who consume that work. After all, work isn't really done until the person who cares about the outcome of that work knows that the outcome has been achieved.
Come join our Lean Coffee and contribute your experiences, ideas, tips, and tricks for effective information radiation. You're learn a lot and have the opportunity to share what you know with others.
