Agile PM Online Roundtable: The Human Side of Agile

The principles and values that underly an Agile mindset emphasize people as much as they emphasize processes. But in the day-to-day hustle of delivering solutions to problems that matter it can easy to focus too much on processes, frameworks, and measurement at the expense of the humans who do the work.

At this month's Agile PM Roundtable, we'll convene a Lean Coffee to discuss the balance between focusing on processes and focusing on people. What do you, your teams, and the people around them need now? What has changed? What remains the same? How do you make time for the human side of Agile?

Lean Coffee put you, the participants, in the driver's seat to decide what topics are most interesting and where the conversation goes. Hope to see you there!
