It's beyond cliche to state that, in a very rapid period of time, Artificial Intelligence has changed the world of professional work. New tools abound, tasks that used to take days now take minutes, and there are legitimate questions about what the role people ought to play in delivering outcomes.

At this month's Agile PM Roundtable, we're exploring the potentials and pitfalls of leveraging AI to manage projects. Projects still involve people working together to solve problems that are meaningful to other people.

How have you leveraged AI tools to more effectively plan, communicate, and coordinate the work of delivering results? What techniques speed you up? What new bottlenecks to delivery have you uncovered? And what about Agile principles and practices? Do they offer any insights in how to navigate the increasingly volatile world of AI-powered work?
