The market for professional Agilists has changed and most would agree that it changed very quickly. Organizations still need people to help them understand their work, execute towards awesome results, and learn from the experience. However, these positions aren't advertised as "Scrum Masters", "Product Owners", or "Agile Coaches" anymore. What's an Agilists who is looking for their next gig to do?

This question has been on our minds at the Agile PM Rountable for a while now. So, we invited Aubrey McCauley, a Senior Client Solutions Manager from ProFocus Technology, to facilitate a discussion about what Agile skills companies are seeking today and how to identify when a job posting is a good fit for your Agile experience and mindset. An Agilist herself, Aubrey has spent more than seven years making connections between people to fill critical roles inside of technology organizations in Portland and beyond.

We'll forego our usual Lean Coffee format to give Aubrey a few minutes to share her observations about how Agile skills are represented in today's job descriptions. Then, we'll have a facilitated discussion to answer questions from the attendees.

Hope to see you there!
