Why Leaders Need to be Shapers and not Victims in Managing Organizational Change

There is no organizaiton or society that does not have its own unique culture. The question is whether the culture is intentionally shaped or whether it becomes the result of our collective inactions.

The intention of this session is to raise awareness for moving into a shapers’ mindset and to provide you with a few concrete things to do in order to take the steering wheel for organizational change.
