Topic: From 0 to 20 Production Changes Per Week In a Year: Lessons Learned for Software Development
Learn about the steps we took to, over a year, build a greenfield application from first commit to around 10-30 deployments to production per week with over 2000 automated tests. This session will address the reasoning behind the decisions we made in building the app, including the testing and deployment strategy, how we facilitated collaboration between the teams, and how we estimated timelines.
Practically, it will also go over what steps every team can take to move towards a more confident release cycle, whether that team is responsible for front end or back end development and greenfield or legacy applications.
