Dear all,
Thank you for having been part of this odyssey into the land of strategy hitherto beyond agile.
Something I hope we can now change for good.
I'm probably the one who has learned the most. Tangible outcomes are:

Without a good grip on strategy all collaboration and cooperation become more difficult than necessary.
Our purpose is to better equip the agile community for the strategy conversation. By surfacing the latest thinking on how strategy is developing and how practices are evolving.
Strategy has long been a castle of control and armoury for competition. It’s time to open the gates and invite room for its other half - curiosity, care, and connection - so that strategy becomes not just a tool for direction, but a generative practice of creation.
We want to keep the meetup group as an open platform for relevant and contemporary contributions to the field of strategy in the wider context of complexity, AI, and organization.
We will have debate, invite people to share their experiences, and experts to share their advice.
Like indicated, we also look at what this means for the wider organizational ways and forms. How do we work with work in the future? Including how AI can help and how you build an organization to match your strategy.
Suggestions for topics are welcome.
Sessions will be recorded and published with free access after an event - permission from the speakers permitting.

About the image - a dance and a conversation
