Peter Compo has written the book "The Emergent Approach to Strategy : Adaptive Design and Execution".

Agile strategy design requires a new way of thinking. It’s like solving a puzzle—no sequential steps, no plumbing charts, no filling out canvases. More debate and struggling. More experiments, more scenarios, less predicting. At the center of the approach is an agile strategy matrix design using minimum-viable thinking.

The meetup will be recorded and following the presentation there will be time for debate.
