We have invited Dennis Stevens to speak about his thoughts on agile and strategy.

For 30 years, Dennis has helped organizations—from high-growth tech to complex enterprise—rebuild execution from the inside out.

He co-authored The Next Revolution in Productivity (Harvard Business Review), which laid the groundwork for execution system design—breaking work into adaptable capabilities long before agility and AI reshaped the landscape.

Dennis has led over 100 transformations—extending that foundation into a practical, systems-based approach to leadership, structure, and change. What emerged is a durable philosophy built on rhythm, interaction, and trust—designed not just to align strategy, but to put it in motion.
