Coaching: Apply Miracles, Scales, and other things to find sustainable solutions

In this session, Carsten will share some of his experiences and tools as an Agile Coach at The LEGO® Group from the Solution-Focused Toolbox with a small hint of Liberating Structures.
Carsten will share how some of these tools work both in a 1-1 coaching session, but also in a team coaching session.

This session is for anybody interested in facilitation and coaching, whether you are an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or something completely different. As long as you want to improve your coaching or facilitation skills.

Carsten works as an Agile Coach at The LEGO® Group where he loves to help teams help themselves through fun and insightful coaching and facilitation. Carsten's background is as a Computer Scientist, with a love for programming and dad jokes.
